The limited offering Founder’s Club for the Dolphin Cove Development is being rolled out. A limited number of buyers will be offered an exclusive opportunity to be part of this elite club. Only 10 Founding Memberships will be approved. Buyers must apply and be approved for the offering.

Responsibilities for Buyer:
* Non-refundable deposit of $100,000 upon signing Purchase Contract and Membership Agreement.
* Increase the non refundable deposit to a total of $250,000 by December 1, 2008
Responsibilities for Developer (when in relation to making of deposit):
* Provide buyer with proof of developer’s fully bonded Construction Contract for the buyer’s unit and the necessary infrastructure to make the buyer’s unit habitable
* Provide buyer with verification of construction financing that covers all necessary infrastructure and building construction related to the unit being purchased
